What Gets You Banned
- ❌Fake profiles, AI-generated photos, or impersonating others
- ❌Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
- ❌Unsolicited explicit photos or sexual messages
- ❌Soliciting money, gifts, or financial information
- ❌Spam, commercial promotion, or multi-level marketing
- ❌Using Simmmy to facilitate prostitution or escort services
- ❌Profiles featuring minors in any photos
- ❌Creating multiple accounts after being banned
Profile Photo Rules
- ✓At least one photo must clearly show your face
- ✓Photos must be recent and represent your current appearance
- ✓Group photos are fine — but solo shots perform better!
- ✗No nudity, explicit content, or suggestive images
- ✗No minors in any photos
- ✗No watermarks, contact details, or other apps' logos
- ✗No AI-generated face images or heavily filtered photos that misrepresent you
Messaging Standards
- ✓Be respectful and considerate in all messages
- ✓Accept "no" gracefully — everyone has the right to decline
- ✓If someone doesn't reply, don't send repeated messages
- ✗No unsolicited sexual content or explicit language
- ✗No discriminatory, racist, or hateful language
- ✗No sharing of others' private information
- ✗No copy-paste spam or bot-like behaviour
⚖️ How We Handle Violations
Warning
Minor first-time violations such as using an old photo, mild inappropriate language, or accidental policy breach. You'll receive an in-app warning and the content will be removed.
Suspension
Repeated minor violations, sending unsolicited explicit content, or failing to respond to warnings. Account suspended for 7–30 days. Your data is preserved.
Permanent Ban
Serious violations: fraud, harassment, catfishing, sharing explicit content without consent, soliciting money, creating fake profiles, or any criminal behaviour. Permanent removal from all Simmmy services.
