In the app: go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps. Your profile is removed immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription — you must cancel that separately through the App Store or Google Play.

Simmmy uses phone number verification or social login (Google, Apple), so there is no traditional password. On the login screen, enter your phone number and we'll send a one-time verification code. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the "Continue with Google/Apple" button on the login screen.

No. Our Terms of Use allow only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or misrepresent yourself violates our guidelines and will result in all accounts being terminated.

iOS: Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Simmmy → Cancel.
Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Simmmy → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Premium access until then.

EU/EEA/UK users are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of first subscribing. Certain US state residents have a 3-business-day cancellation right. For iOS refunds, contact Apple at getsupport.apple.com. For Google Play, request via Google Play. For all other billing queries, email billing@simmmy.com.

Your exact birth time and location are needed to calculate your full natal chart, specifically your rising sign (ascendant), which changes approximately every two hours. Without it, we can only calculate your sun sign — which gives a much less accurate compatibility picture. If you don't know your exact birth time, enter your best estimate or choose "Unknown" and we'll use a solar chart instead.

Yes, absolutely. Your exact birth time and place are never displayed to other users or shared publicly. They are used only internally to calculate your cosmic compatibility scores. Other users see only your zodiac sun sign and life path number. Read our Cosmic Data section in our Privacy Policy for full details.
